Employer Kit for Choice of Fund

From 1 July 2005, certain employees have the right to choose which superannuation fund or retirement savings account will receive their superannuation guarantee contributions. This is known as choice of superannuation fund.

From 1 July 2006, if you are a corporation who was paying superannuation contributions under a state award you will have to offer your employees a Choice of Superannuation Fund.
