Updates for Product Disclosure Statements

This is an update to the following Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs):

• the PDS for the Employer Sponsored Division (dated 1 June 2011);
• the PDS for the Personal Division (dated 1 June 2011); and
• the PDS for the Pension Division (dated 1 September 2011).

From 1 October 2011, general advice provided on a one-on-one basis to members will be provided to you under the Australian Financial Services Licence of Matrix Planning Solutions Limited (ABN 45 087 470 200 AFS Licence No 238256), rather than PSI Investments Pty Limited. Importantly, on the date that this change occurs – 1 October 2011 – the same people will be providing the general advice, but they will then be authorised by Matrix Planning Solutions rather than PSI Investments.

NSF Nominees Pty Limited agreed to implement this change only after satisfying itself that the change is not materially adverse to members of NSF Super.

In reading a PDS, you should now read all references to the provision of general advice under the licence of PSI Investments Pty Limited as references to the provision of general advice under the licence of Matrix Planning Solutions Limited. Otherwise, what is disclosed in the PDSs about the provision of general advice remains accurate.
