Simplify your super contributions with our super clearing house – SCH Online!
If you don’t already have a clearing house solution for your business, as a Nationwide Super employer member you can manage your super contributions easily and quickly from one location – regardless of the number of employees you have, or the funds they are with. Regardless of whether you look after a small business or a large corporation, it’s the easiest way to pay your super contributions – because you only pay once.
The Nationwide Super team have partnered with SCH Online*, to offer you this full superannuation clearing house service, which you can access through your online EmployerAccess account. Now you can pay super to all your employees, no matter which fund their super is with, in one convenient online session – saving you plenty of time and possible frustration.
How it works
Using the SCH Online super clearing house is simple – if you’re already registered for EmployerAccess, just login and click ‘Setup’ when prompted, to activate your clearing house access. If you’re not already registered for EmployerAccess, click here for details on how to get started.
Before you start making payments, you simply need to enter the details and super fund of choice for each of your employees (a once-off process). Then you just make a single payment each super period and the clearing house takes care of the rest. A payment and notification is sent on your behalf to each of the super funds you’re making payments to.
Don’t leave it until the last minute, though! You just need to make sure you allow enough time for SCH Online to process your payment and send it on to the destination fund to meet your contribution deadlines (refer to the PDS for details).
